AWildblood worked as a dedicated mixologist for the White Pony Bar, Shoreditch, in the Heart of London’s Party scene. Has since competed in London & New York cocktail weeks, representing brands such as Courvoisier, Kraken Rum and Diageo.

‘Speciality Coffee’, a cut above the usual cup. AWildblood has had experience among many coffee establishments, of note consulting at Sharps London and leading a training program for barristers training for the SCA World Barista Championships. He also worked with James Hoffman in London to create the perfect blends for a multi-site restaurant, bar and cocktail group.

He understands the consumers’ needs and can develop beer menus and pairings in any scene.
